Marie-Ange Noué is an executive medical affairs leader, President of PhactMI and Chair of PvN-MI Canada, and Co-Founder of the Niabang Foundation. She builds and transforms medical engagement functions, leads AI-enabled omnichannel strategy, and advances healthcare access in underserved communities across Cameroon.
Three areas. As a scientist she has built and led AI-enabled scientific communications and medical engagement functions across global pharmaceutical organizations. As an innovator she architects digital transformation strategies that cut enterprise cost and expand reach. As a humanitarian she drives clean water infrastructure and healthcare access through the Niabang Foundation.
Born in Paris and educated at Lycée Louis-le-Grand, she earned a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Houston and trained at MIT Sloan School of Management and INSEAD. Her pharmaceutical work spans neurology, immunology, oncology, fertility and HIV therapy areas. She is a published author with more than 220 citations, including first-author research cited in U.S. patent US 7,078,364 B2.
The foundation Marie-Ange co-founded, which began as a clean water initiative in Cameroon and has grown into a mini-hospital supported by AI. The site reports that more than 40,000 people now have access to clean water through it, with a 50% reduction in waterborne diseases and a 70% decrease in school absenteeism among children.
Three topics: architecting an AI-enabled medical engagement model that works as a digital field force; leading scientific communications as a strategic function rather than a reactive one, covering governance and inspection readiness; and turning a global health vision into working infrastructure, from grants and community trust to measuring outcomes.
