Building AI-Enabled Medical Engagement From the Ground Up

Marie-Ange Noué has a genuine appreciation for what it means to build something that did not exist before. For her, transforming a scientific communications function is not simply an operational task. It is an opportunity to reimagine how medical knowledge reaches the people who need it most. She embraces the complexity of building within a regulated environment, treating each constraint as a design challenge rather than a barrier.

Working across neurology, immunology, oncology, fertility, and HIV therapy areas, Marie-Ange has developed deep expertise in crafting engagement models that serve both the clinical professional and the organization behind them. She understands the demands of compliance, the expectations of inspectors, and the ambitions of executives who want measurable results. Her approach is not simply about delivering scientific information. It is about designing integrated, scalable systems that generate intelligence, reduce cost, and sustain trust across every customer interaction.

Governing Organizations and Advising the Industry

Marie-Ange Noué brings the same rigor she applies to enterprise leadership to the boards and organizations she governs. As President of PhactMI and Chair of PvN-MI Canada, she shapes industry standards for medical information and pharmacovigilance at a national and international level. Her governance work is rooted in a belief that transparent, compliant scientific exchange is not a legal requirement to be managed but a professional commitment to be upheld.
Drawing from her experience leading across both corporate and nonprofit environments, Marie-Ange advises organizations through complexity with clarity and precision. She does not offer frameworks in the abstract. She brings experience from real inspections, real audits, and real transformation initiatives where the stakes were organizational and reputational. Her counsel is consistently oriented toward building institutions that will last and leaders who will continue to grow within them.

Marie-Ange Noué's Story

Hers is a story of inheritance and evolution:

A mother who broke the rules so her daughter could dream
A daughter who took that dream global and brought it back home
Two women, across generations, redefining what is possible
Marie-Ange Noué’s life is where science meets service, where precision meets purpose, and where legacy s not just honored—but expanded.
She did not choose between impact and excellence.
She built a life where they are one and the same.

Here’s a snapshot:

Her mother broke tradition as the first girl in her village to graduate, went on to study law at Sorbonne University, and became a successful lawyer—setting the standard.
Born in Paris, Marie-Ange excelled at Lycée Louis-le-Grand while modeling internationally—“the model nerd.” She earned a PhD in Chemistry at University of Houston and trained at MIT Sloan School of Management and INSEAD.

At the peak of her pharma career, refusing to separate success from purpose, she co-founded the Niabang Foundation transforming a clean water initiative into a mini-hospital powered by AI, bringing precision, innovation, and impact to underserved communities.
